New management is disappointing

It feels like this place is run by three people and that’s it. They use an ai “assistant” instead of hiring additional office staff. It all feels very unprofessional and sloppy even months after the acquisition. Here are some examples: The laundry facility has not been serviced or cleaned since they bought the property (3+ months ago) there is stagnant water in one of the machines. If you don’t own a washer/dryer this facility is your only option and it’s disgusting. I had to wipe the machine... off before using it the last time because there was so much crust. The new pest control company they work with is okay at best. They are raising rent for new renters to offset cost of necessary renovations which makes sense in theory but the rent here was already excessive in comparison to the amenities offered. Overall it feels like this is the first property they’ve ever managed and we’re tired of waiting for the situation to improve.

Regarding the laundry facilities... , the machines in the laundry center are managed by Jetz Service Company, an independent provider. While we don’t directly service those machines, we’ve already reached out to Jetz to ensure maintenance and cleaning are addressed promptly.
We also want to share that we’ve been making major investments across the community to enhance the living experience for our residents, including:
Adding brand-new washers and dryers inside all two-bedroom units for greater convenience.
Restocking the pond with more fish to create a more enjoyable and relaxing environment.
Upgrading amenities with a new fitness center, outdoor kitchen, and shared workspaces coming soon.
Continuing property-wide improvements to make Reflections a place you’re proud to call home.
