Maintenance at prime place is suboptimal and for the most part will not fulfill basic requests unless the office staff has been notified that they are not fulfilling request. The amenities are also not the best because the pool does not open until the summer, which is when most tenants typically leave and most of the gym equipment is broken and has been broken since moving in in August because maintenance does not fix that. The parking garages do not have cameras so if somebody’s car is damaged or broken into you will not have video evidence of that. There’s also not enough parking spaces in the 312 parking garage if it is full, they end up moving to the 213 parking garage, which will fill up that parking garage for the people that live there which means you could have to find street parking. The package room is also rarely locked and so people can just walk in and take stuff. The package room is also not organized in a way that makes it easy to find your packages. There is a bug issue

This places gets really bad reviews. But any issue I’ve had. They have resolved within 24 hrs. They have been fantastic for me. The covered parking was awesome

The shared common areas are well kept. The management and maintenance teams are very responsive and helpful! Single rooms are actually very spacious too.

They have a constant cockroach problem, have no elevators, removed the parking gate, replaced car registration hanging placards for stickers, and now want tenants in the 3 bed 3 bath models to pay over $100 more in rent and fees for next year's lease. Walls and doors are thin, so even your conversations are not private. The granite countertops and vinyl flooring is nice. Maintenance is quick to respond.
