They have a constant cockroach problem, have no elevators, removed the parking gate, replaced car registration hanging placards for stickers, and now want tenants in the 3 bed 3 bath models to pay over $100 more in rent and fees for next year's lease. Walls and doors are thin, so even your conversations are not private.
The granite countertops and vinyl flooring is nice. Maintenance is quick to respond.

A decent and affordable student housing option. It’s not the closest walk to campus but it is still close. My apartment was very dirty upon move in.

I really enjoyed my time here it is affordable, it is constantly clean, and it’s not very noisy nor our neighbors noisy. maintenance response in a fair time, only thing is I wish they would clean the stairwell more often.

I like it so far! Very friendly neighborhoods, have had a few maintenance issues. Other than that everything has been good! Is pretty quiet for the most part other than weekends. Our upstairs neighbors love to nail things to the wall at 11pm.

The community spaces are filthy. The pool is so gross I wouldn’t ever consider swimming in it. The gym is broken, and everything smells awful.
