This was my first time renting an apartment, and with school about to start, I was desperate to find a place. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There is mold in the apartment, and crickets constantly find their way inside. No matter how much I clean, the place still feels dirty. I can still see mold in my shower, which has been very frustrating and concerning.

Was told it would take a month to get our safety deposit back after we moved out. It has been a month and 3 weeks and still no check. Was told corporate from Connecticut sent out the check through the regular mail with no tracking number so no idea when it will be received. Rent here if you enjoy endlessly talking to workers who have no idea whats going on or how to help you. Not that they are bad, it's just very poorly managed. Also, maintanance takes literal months to come and fix anything. Our AC was out for a month before they got over just to put a window unit in. Good riddance and good bye Milestone on Perkins!

Just endured a really ROUGH year there. No mail access for most of the year because old management “took the keys” or some lame excuse. Major water drainage issue in tub not fixed for MONTHS- standing water in tub wouldn’t drain due to sag. Management was frequently “out of office”. Weeds knee high, animal droppings and trash not picked up….getting a visual?

For your own sake please do not live here! It has been a miserable experience as nothing is taken care of and management does not care. Everything in the apartments are cheap and break easy and it is almost impossible to get anyone out to deal with it. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.
